Wonderful presentation, thank you! The SEM images are amazing. I have a question on the DNA seq: besides the 16S, did you prime the DNA extract also against ITS for fungi? Sorry if I missed it in your presentation. It would be interesting to identify the fungal players that you see in SEM.
Yes, we also did ITS. The early result is the fungi in the bag are the same as in the soil. stay tuned.
