Thank you for the interesting talk. For your cluster analysis how many data points (pixels) did you use? How many are needed for the cluster analysis? Also how much instrument time was needed for the analyses used for the cluster analysis?

Thank you for a beautiful and fine-scale chemical mapping. My question is the mineral composition of your nodule: how does Mn mineralogy control your result of cluster analysis. Earlier understanding is the primary control is mixing of high Mn-Ni-Cu-Zn buserite and high Fe-Co-Pb-Ce vernadite. Do you agree that? Akira Usui
