It is interesting to use C1/(C2+C3) thiol and COS/sulfides ratios as a TSR proxy. My question is, H2S is considered as a TSR origin and some samples with higher H2S seem to have lower C1/(C2+C3) thiol and COS/sulfides ratios, and are considered as cracking of kerogen, which contradicts with H2S proxy. How to explain this?
