Hi this is really interesting. I was wondering if this type of Crustose Coralline algal record could be compared with IP25 organic geochemical methods of sea ice reconstruction used in sediment cores. This will be especially interesting in your further research around Svalbard which to my knowledge has many such records. Also I am wondering how widespread are Crustose Coralline algal records and how deep can they be found at? Are they widespread across the Arctic?
