How did you quantify the sediment exchange fluxes?
Fluxes were modelled based on CO2 production rate model (Mc Nichol et al., 1988) (doi: 10.1016/0016-7037(88)90223-2) and are described in article by Ogrinc and Faganeli in 2003 (doi:10.1016/S0146-6380(03)00023-8). Model was at the same time comparred with the insitu and lab flux chambers measurements since each of the mathods has its pros and cons.
