Very nice Santonu and Jeremiah! My question is: were the 14 isolates major community members in the DNA data? Or in a different way: how abundant were the Pseudomonas and Arthrobacter isolates in the original community?

Thank you for this presentation. I was wondering if it is possibly to identify the amalgamation of gold particles in-situ to confirm the influence of Hg on this process?
