Dear Takebe-san, I am always amazed by the petrological and crystal chemical detail of Ban-san's group. Thank you for your hard work on making this poster! The andesitic mush is of great interest to me. What do you think is its origin? Is it formed by crystallization of previously intruded basaltic melts, or partial melting of the preexisting crust, or both? It would be great to include Sr-isotope crystal stratigraphic work in the future to get to the bottom of this. With kind regards, Georg
