What do you think are the main sources of Cr, Pb and Zn in the road dusts?
Dear Karen Thank you for asking the question. the possible sources of Pb, Cr, and Zn in road dust could be tear parts of the vehicles, fuel leakage, wearing of brake pads, etc. it also depends on the surroundings from where the samples were collected. In my case, I have selected it from the park areas, which in my study area is in between industries somewhere, somewhere near to traffic prone areas. So I have them in noticeable concentration. I hope you find the answer well for your query.
