Details for: Anton Eisenhauer

Current research topics focus on the reconstruction of the chemical history of Phanerocoic seawater, biomineralization processes and on marine resources (e.g. Mn/Fe crusts and nodules) as well as in the developing of new isotope proxies by using traditional and non-traditional isotope systems. A current focus is on the reconstruction of Holocene and Late Quaternary sea level change based on U/Th dating of marine carbonates. A special focus is the use of all kinds of isotope systems for petrological studies and as diagnostic tools for the characterization and exploration of gas, oil and mineral ressources.
