Registration Fees, listed in Euros, include:

Accompanying Guest Registration
Accompanying guests will receive a namebadge, entrance to the Opening Reception on Sunday, August 14, Morning and Afternoon Coffee. Registered accompanying guests are invited to purchase lunch tickets, and tickets for the social events, including the conference banquet and the Brevnov Abbey Adventure and Dinner. Accompanying guests are not allowed to enter the scientific sessions.
Registration Terms, Procedures and Contact Information
Payment: Payment is accepted by online credit/debit card or by bank transfer only. If you pay by bank transfer you MUST pay all the fees, otherwise your registration can not be accepted.
Early registration rates: Payment in full must be received by June 15th, 2011 in order to benefit from the reduced registration rates. Delegates with registration payments outstanding on this date will then need to pay the standard registration fee. The standard registration process will be available until July 15th, after which delegates will have to register on site (at a higher rate).
Confirmation: Your registration and payment will be confirmed by email. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been received. Once you have completed your registration and payment, you will receive confirmation via email. This confirmation will include your registration receipt.
Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately all payments are non-refundable.
Letter of Invitation to Attend the Conference: A letter of invitation is issued solely for the purpose of assisting participants with visa applications and/or to obtain funding for their attendance at the conference. Such a letter does not imply any financial obligation on the part of the conference organizers. If you require a letter of invitation, please register and pay for the conference. Once the payment has been received, visit your registration page and click on the "Invitation Letter" button. This will then ask for full details for issuing the invitation letter.
One Day Participants: One day registration is available, at a rate of 295€ (full) and 225€ (student). This is available on-site only.
