The final version of the abstract volume for Goldschmidt2009 is now available on the conference website at http://www.goldschmidt2009.org/abstracts/view. The volume will be published as a special edition of GCA (Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta) and be available at the conference.

Two new one-day field trips announced

Two new one-day field trips running in conjuction with Goldschmidt2009 have been announced: Mineral springs of the Lower Engadine Window and Joeri glacial lake area, upper Vereina valley. Full details can be found at http://www.goldschmidt2009.org/fieldTrips. Registration for these trips will open on 1st January 2009 at the same time as the main conference registration and abstract submission.

A new workshop, Developments in Noble Gas Understanding and Expertise (DINGUE), is now being advertised. Running on 19th and 20th June in Nancy, France, the workshop will discuss technical and scientific aspects of new noble gas applications to terrestrial and extraterrestrial science.
